The Architectural Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing finishing and architectural works, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with approved specifications and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and façade works
- Ensure alignment with architectural drawings and specifications
- Inspect material quality and workmanship standards
- Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and report any delays
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
Requirements
- Experience in architectural finishing supervision
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials and standards
- Good coordination and leadership skills
- Valid Iqama
- Maximum age: 30 years
