As we expand our EPC operations, we're looking for experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in solar power plant projects across the UAE & GCC.
Role Overview
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, ITPs, and inspection protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Conduct material inspections and site audits.
- Maintain NCR logs and corrective action tracking.
- Ensure documentation compliance for final handover.
Requirements
➡️ Proven experience in utility-scale Solar PV Power Plant projects (mandatory)
➡️ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (more for managerial roles)
➡️ Previous UAE / GCC experience is mandatory
➡️ Strong knowledge of EPC project execution and site coordination
➡️ Familiarity with DEWA / ADDC / TRANSCO is an advantage
➡️ Experience in grid connection, substations, or HV systems (for electrical roles)
➡️ Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and inspection processes
➡️ Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and compliance standards
➡️ Valid UAE driving license (required for site-based roles)
➡️ Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
