We are currently seeking compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will have strong clinical experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), ICU, or CCU settings, with a preference for those experienced in managing ventilated patients.
This role is suitable for nurses who are patient-focused, clinically competent, and ready to contribute to high-quality healthcare delivery in a structured medical environment.
Role Overview
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients, particularly those requiring critical or long-term care support. The role includes monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, assisting in ventilator management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Patient Care & Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in LTC, ICU, or CCU settings.
- Monitor patient vitals, clinical status, and response to treatment.
- Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
- Assist in managing ventilated and tracheostomy patients (if applicable).
- Ensure proper documentation of all patient interactions and procedures.
2️⃣ Ventilator & Critical Care Support
- Monitor and manage patients on mechanical ventilation (preferred experience).
- Perform suctioning, airway management, and respiratory care as required.
- Recognize early signs of complications and escalate to physicians promptly.
3️⃣ Care Planning & Coordination
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and physiotherapists.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatment processes.
4️⃣ Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Adhere to DOH/DHA/MOH regulations and healthcare standards.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed at all times.
5️⃣ Emergency Response
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Perform basic and advanced life support procedures when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DOH, DHA, or MOH license (mandatory).
- Experience in LTC or ICU/CCU setup required.
- Experience handling long-term care ventilated patients is preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Al Ain or Abu Dhabi.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period will be prioritized.
