We are looking for a skilled and dedicated E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Technician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on field experience and strong technical knowledge in industrial environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems
- Perform calibration and testing of instruments and control devices
- Read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Inspect and repair field instruments, control panels, and wiring systems
- Assist in commissioning and startup activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Identify faults and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Support shutdown and emergency maintenance work
- Coordinate with engineers and supervisors on site activities
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and spare parts
🔹 Requirements:
- 3-year Diploma in Engineering (E&I, Electrical, or Instrumentation) with minimum 3 years of experience
- OR
- Technical Certification with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in industrial, oil & gas, or utilities sector preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of calibration tools and testing equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with HSE standards and safe work practices
🔹 Preferred Skills:
- Experience in oil & gas projects in UAE
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and control systems
- Good communication skills
