As we expand our EPC operations, we're looking for experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in solar power plant projects across the UAE & GCC.
Responsible for supervising all electrical installation works including DC systems, AC systems, substations, and grid interconnection.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Installation
- Oversee DC cable laying, combiner boxes, inverter installation.
- Supervise MV/LV cable installation and termination.
- Ensure transformer and switchgear installation compliance.
Grid & HV Coordination
- Coordinate grid interconnection activities with ADDC/TRANSCO.
- Support HV testing and energization processes.
Testing & Commissioning
- Conduct pre-commissioning checks and inspections.
- Participate in performance testing and grid synchronization.
Requirements
Proven experience in utility-scale Solar PV Power Plant projects (mandatory)
➡️ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (more for managerial roles)
➡️ Previous UAE / GCC experience is mandatory
➡️ Strong knowledge of EPC project execution and site coordination
➡️ Familiarity with DEWA / ADDC / TRANSCO is an advantage
➡️ Experience in grid connection, substations, or HV systems (for electrical roles)
➡️ Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and inspection processes
➡️ Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and compliance standards
➡️ Valid UAE driving license (required for site-based roles)
➡️ Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
