The Construction Manager will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution
- Supervise installation of mounting structures, PV modules, inverters, transformers, and substations.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.
- Ensure work compliance with IFC drawings and project specifications.
Resource & Schedule Management
- Plan manpower, equipment, and material deployment.
- Track daily progress and resolve execution bottlenecks.
Safety & Quality
- Enforce HSE standards in line with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of construction experience in solar EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of site coordination and scheduling.
- UAE driving license required.
