We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing the company’s financial health by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of financial operations within the automotive or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Monitor financial risks and implement appropriate control measures.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor finance team members.
- Implement financial systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of finance experience, preferably in automotive or trading companies.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
