We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as **Google Ads and **Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and data insights.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted digital campaigns.
Social Media & Content
- Manage social media presence across platforms such as **Instagram, **Facebook, and **LinkedIn.
- Develop engaging content including graphics, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics.
- Use tools such as **Google Analytics to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
Brand Development
- Strengthen brand positioning through creative digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Experience with marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
