We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Coordinator to support the company’s cost control and operational reporting processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting, recording, and updating data received from multiple departments including Production, Stores, and Accounts.
This role requires strong attention to detail, basic data management skills, and the ability to coordinate with different teams to ensure that information is accurately recorded and maintained. The position is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and update operational and financial data from Production, Stores, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain accurate records and enter data into company systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to cost control and operational activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to obtain required information and clarify discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy access and reference.
- Assist the cost control or finance team with basic administrative and reporting tasks.
- Ensure that all data is recorded in a timely manner and follows company documentation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
