We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive for our client, a leading retailer in Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in showroom sales and a solid understanding of Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) and Small Domestic Appliances (SDA). This role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations.
- Promote and sell home appliances and consumer electronics products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Keep updated knowledge of product features, promotions, and offers.
- Maintain showroom display standards and product arrangements.
- Process sales transactions and prepare sales documentation.
- Coordinate with inventory teams regarding product availability.
- Follow company policies and sales procedures.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of showroom sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of Home Appliances, MDA, and SDA products.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
