We are seeking a Sales Account Manager – Enterprise Solutions (ELV & Security Systems) to drive enterprise growth with a leading system integration company in Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive market expansion across Abu Dhabi & UAE
-Identify and secure large enterprise & government opportunities
-Manage end-to-end complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
-Position the company as a trusted technology partner through consultative selling
-Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets
-Lead account growth strategies and long-term client engagement
Requirements:
-10+ years of enterprise sales experience in UAE/GCC
-Proven experience in ELV, Security Systems, or System Integration
-Strong track record in closing large-scale deals
-Established network within consultants, contractors, and decision-makers
-Experience in consultative/solution selling environments
-Good understanding of UAE project lifecycle and tender processes
-Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
