We are seeking an experienced and technically strong E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) & Metering Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities related to electrical systems, instrumentation, and gas metering equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the gas industry and a strong background in supervising field teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of E&I systems
- Oversee gas metering systems including calibration and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Lead and coordinate site technicians and subcontractors
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Review technical drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring schematics
- Ensure accurate meter readings and system performance verification
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on E&I works
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, and project teams
- Prepare daily reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies and safe working practices
- Support shutdown and emergency maintenance activities
- Identify system faults and implement corrective actions
- Assist in spare parts planning and inventory control
🔹 Requirements:
- 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Instrumentation or related field)
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in E&I works
- At least 3 years of experience in the Gas Industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of gas metering systems and calibration
- Experience in supervisory role managing field teams
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with UAE safety standards and regulations

- Experience in ADNOC or similar gas sector projects
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and control systems
- Strong communication and reporting skills
