We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes in Oil & Gas modular construction projects. The candidate will ensure that all project activities meet the required standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and project specifications
- Review and approve material submittals and technical documentation
- Monitor site activities to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Maintain detailed quality records and documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Ensure proper testing and inspection procedures are followed
- Review method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs)
- Monitor contractor and vendor performance
- Participate in project meetings and provide quality updates
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Modular building experience (mandatory)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
