We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Premium Credit Card Sales. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
This role involves promoting high-end credit card products such as Platinum, Signature, and Infinite cards, while delivering a premium customer experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell premium credit card products to eligible customers
- Identify and approach high-income individuals through field sales and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate leads through corporate tie-ups, referrals, and networking
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Ensure all applications are processed accurately and in compliance with banking policies
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
- Follow up with clients for documentation and approvals
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and market trends
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct while dealing with premium clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (banking or non-banking candidates can apply)
- Experience in credit card sales or financial products is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills (English must be first or second language)
- Ability to interact confidently with high-net-worth individuals
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in premium/luxury sales or banking sector
- Existing network of high-income clients (advantage)
- Knowledge of UAE financial market
