We are looking for a high-performing Technology Sales Executive to join our fast-growing tech startup. The ideal candidate has strong UAE sales experience and a proven track record in selling ERP systems and financial technology solutions. This role requires a confident B2B sales professional who can generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and successfully close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities across the UAE market.
- Promote and sell ERP and financial software solutions including QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, and other finance/technology tools.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Update CRM systems with accurate sales activity and pipeline reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the UAE (technology or financial solutions preferred).
- Hands-on experience selling ERP and accounting/financial software solutions.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in conducting product demos and closing deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
