Admin Cum Accountant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accountant to handle both administrative tasks and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Maintain accounting records, invoices, and financial documents
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and LPOs
- Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Support audit and compliance requirements
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2–4 years of experience in admin and accounting roles
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Basic HR and payroll knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
