Job Summary:
The IT Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of IT solutions and services. The role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, along with a solid understanding of IT products and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector
- Promote and sell IT solutions such as software, hardware, networking, and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clients and partners
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT sales or business development
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services
- Experience in UAE or GCC market preferred
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
