Job Summary:
The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing departmental operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring business objectives are met efficiently. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and strategic decision-making to drive organizational growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed
- Lead, mentor, and manage team members to achieve departmental goals
- Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior leadership
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and quality standards
- Support the CEO or top management in decision-making and strategic planning
- Drive business development initiatives and client relationship management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in managerial or senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in team leadership, operational management, and strategic planning
- Strong knowledge of UAE business environment and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools
