We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution, channel sales, and account management, with proven success in managing key client relationships across assigned territories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔹 STRATEGY & GROWTH: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue across wholesale and distribution channels.
🔹 PARTNER MANAGEMENT: Build and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts.
🔹 SALES CYCLE: Manage the full cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
🔹 OPERATIONS COORD: Plan and forecast stock requirements in coordination with supply chain and inventory teams.
🔹 MARKET INTELLIGENCE: Monitor competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and hit KPIs.
🔹 PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS: Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance data.
REQUIREMENTS:
🔹 EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years in Wholesale, Distribution, or Channel Sales (B2B).
🔹 SECTOR KNOWLEDGE: Experience in FMCG, Fashion, or Sports Brands is highly preferred.
🔹 SKILLS: Strong expertise in territory management, stock planning, and order management cycles.
🔹 LOCATION: Must be currently in the UAE (No overseas candidates will be considered).
🔹 ATTRIBUTES: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
🔹 SALARY: Per Market Standards (Subject to experience).
