Job Title: Waitress (Filipino)
Job Summary
The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role requires friendliness, efficiency, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Present menus and explain dishes or specials when needed.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.
- Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests professionally.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred but not required).
- Good communication skills (English and/or Filipino language).
- Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours.
