Job Title: Waiter (Filipino)
Job Summary
The Waiter is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role requires good communication, attentiveness, and a friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain food items, specials, or recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Check on customers during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, or concerns professionally.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service (preferred but not required).
- Good communication skills (English and/or Filipino language).
- Friendly, respectful, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit to stand and move for long periods.
