Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil – Fresher)
Job Summary:
The Site Engineer (Civil Fresher) assists in the execution and supervision of construction activities at the site. The role involves supporting senior engineers in site operations, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards while gaining hands-on field experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and construction activities.
- Support senior engineers in planning and execution of civil works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and report updates to supervisors.
- Check materials and workmanship for quality compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams.
- Maintain site records, measurements, and basic reports.
- Ensure safety rules and site regulations are followed.
- Assist in quantity surveying and material tracking.
- Participate in site inspections and quality checks.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech – Civil).
- Freshers or 0–1 year of experience in construction/site work.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and civil engineering concepts.
- Ability to read and understand drawings is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Willingness to work at construction sites.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD or MS Office is an advantage.
