A Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment for guests.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels
- Replenish room supplies (toiletries, water, amenities)
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture
- Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks)
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas (corridors, lobbies, restrooms)
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Handle guest requests politely and promptly
- Maintain housekeeping carts and inventory
