A Waiter (or Server) is responsible for providing excellent customer service in restaurants, hotels, or cafés by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

- Present menus and explain dishes, specials, and promotions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
