📌 Role Overview
A Laundry Man is responsible for washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes, linens, and fabrics to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in hotels, hospitals, or laundry facilities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Sort laundry items based on fabric type, color, and washing requirements
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment
- Wash, dry, press, and fold clothes and linens
- Remove stains using appropriate cleaning methods
- Ensure proper use of detergents and chemicals
- Inspect items for damage and report issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Handle guest or customer laundry requests (in hotels)
- Keep records of laundry items when required
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
