A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in food service areas such as kitchens, dining areas, and storage spaces. They support kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, glassware, and cooking tools efficiently
- Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist in basic food preparation (as required)
- Keep storage areas organized and stocked
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy operations
