- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff (room attendants, cleaners)
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards
- Assign daily tasks and schedules to team members
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety practices
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment
- Handle guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping
- Report maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical)
- Maintain housekeeping records and reports
