Role Summary
A Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote a company’s products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement overall marketing strategies
- Identify target markets and customer segments
- Plan campaigns aligned with business goals
2. Campaign Management
- Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events)
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI
- Optimize campaigns based on data and insights
3. Brand Management
- Maintain and enhance brand image and positioning
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels
- Manage brand guidelines and messaging
4. Digital Marketing
- Oversee social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising
- Manage company website and content updates
- Analyze digital performance metrics
5. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze competitors and customer behavior
- Use data to guide marketing decisions
6. Team & Budget Management
- Lead and manage the marketing team
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors
- Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively
7. Collaboration
