📝 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling large workforce environments (200+ employees) and in-depth knowledge of Kerala Labour Laws.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and workforce management

• Ensure full compliance with Kerala labour laws and company policies

• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure timely salary disbursement

• Implement performance management systems and employee evaluations

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation

• Lead, mentor, and guide the HR team effectively

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management

• Proven experience managing 200+ employees

• Strong knowledge of Kerala Labour Laws and HR compliance

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience in payroll coordination and performance management systems

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
