Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, develop, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects. The Civil Engineer will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and supervise construction projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure systems.
- Prepare project drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, surveyors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure quality control and timely completion.
- Review and approve engineering designs and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Manage budgets, materials, and resource allocation for projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional engineering license or certification (as required by region).
- Previous experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
