Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced CCTV Operator for a reputed security operation in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be currently available inside the UAE, hold a valid SIRA CCTV Operator License, and have experience in surveillance monitoring, incident reporting, and security system operations. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Monitor CCTV surveillance systems continuously and observe all camera feeds
✅ Detect, report, and respond to suspicious activities, security breaches, or emergencies
✅ Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and surveillance records
✅ Coordinate with security guards, supervisors, and emergency response teams when required
✅ Operate and manage CCTV control room equipment and related security systems
✅ Review recorded footage for investigations and incident verification
✅ Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical faults immediately
✅ Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and security information
✅ Follow company security procedures, SIRA regulations, and site protocols
Requirements
✔ Candidate must currently be inside the UAE
✔ Valid SIRA CCTV Operator License is mandatory
✔ Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
✔ Secondary School / Higher Secondary School or equivalent qualification
✔ Previous experience as a CCTV Operator / Security Control Room Operator preferred
✔ Good observation, reporting, and communication skills
✔ Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a high-alert environment
✔ Professional, disciplined, and responsible attitude
