Job Summary
A Property Management Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, tenant relations, leasing coordination, and financial management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The role ensures properties are well-maintained, legally compliant, and profitable while delivering excellent service to tenants and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day property operations and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor staff.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Handle tenant onboarding, lease agreements, renewals, and move-outs.
- Monitor rent collections and follow up on pending payments.
- Maintain records of contracts, maintenance schedules, and tenant documentation.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local property laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management or property owners.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for property expenses.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
