Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled AI Training & Organizational Enablement Specialist to design and deliver AI-focused learning programs that build organizational capability and drive AI adoption across teams. The role focuses on upskilling employees, enabling effective use of AI tools, and ensuring successful integration of AI into daily workflows and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI training programs tailored to different business functions and skill levels.
- Develop learning materials, guides, workshops, and e-learning content on AI tools and applications.
- Support organization-wide AI adoption by identifying skill gaps and creating enablement strategies.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions on AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to integrate AI capabilities into team workflows and processes.
- Create onboarding programs for new employees focused on AI literacy and tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain updated documentation on AI tools, best practices, and use cases.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation around AI and digital transformation.
- Work with IT, HR, and business units to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical training content.
- Support change management initiatives to improve AI adoption across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, digital transformation, or AI-related roles.
- Strong understanding of AI tools, generative AI, automation platforms, and digital productivity solutions.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience in change management or digital adoption initiatives.
- Strong content creation and curriculum development skills.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences across technical and non-technical teams.
