Job Description: Senior Manager – Group Financial Analytics & Digital Transformation
Job Summary
The Senior Manager – Group Financial Analytics & Digital Transformation is responsible for leading enterprise-wide financial analytics, business intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role drives data-driven decision-making by developing advanced financial reporting, performance dashboards, forecasting models, and automation solutions while partnering with finance, technology, and business leaders to enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Group Finance digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design and implement financial analytics frameworks, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support executive decision-making.
- Drive automation of finance processes using digital technologies, workflow tools, and data analytics platforms to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, profitability analysis, and business performance evaluation.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and business units to identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and digital innovation.
- Oversee the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, business intelligence (BI) platforms, and reporting solutions.
- Lead data governance initiatives to improve financial data quality, integrity, consistency, and accessibility across the Group.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop executive-level reports and interactive dashboards using business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Manage finance transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and realization of business benefits.
- Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in finance transformation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, data privacy requirements, and corporate governance policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing analytics and transformation teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with external consultants, technology partners, and vendors to deliver strategic transformation initiatives.
- Present financial insights, project updates, and strategic recommendations to executive management and senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, PMP, or relevant analytics certifications is an advantage.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business intelligence, financial analytics, or digital transformation, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, AI, and data analytics platforms is highly desirable.
