Job Opening – CNC Spinning Machine Operator

Requirements,
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Certificate in any trade
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Machine Operator
- Candidates can be locally available in the UAE or overseas (India)
Salary & Benefits

Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC spinning machines and related production equipment.
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs according to production requirements.
- Perform machine bed setup, die setup, tooling installation, and model configuration.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and work orders before production.
- Verify sheet materials and dimensions prior to processing.
- Conduct first-piece inspections and production verification checks.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issues to minimize downtime.
- Assemble rough and finished components as required.
- Ensure products meet dimensional and quality specifications.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and inspection reports.
- Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
- Coordinate with production supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to achieve production targets.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report major equipment issues.
Required Skills
- Experience operating CNC spinning or metal-forming machines.
- Knowledge of CNC programming, editing, and machine setup.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Understanding of sheet metal processing and manufacturing techniques.
- Experience with die setup, tooling alignment, and production verification.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Diploma or Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in CNC machining, spinning, or metal fabrication.
- Experience in production planning and process optimization.
