Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Food Production Workers to join a leading food manufacturing team in Malta.
The successful candidates will work in a fast-paced, high-volume food production environment, supporting daily operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Operate food production lines and assist with food preparation, processing, assembly, and packaging
✅ Follow production schedules, procedures, and company standards
✅ Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently
✅ Maintain productivity targets while ensuring product quality
✅ Load raw materials and monitor production equipment
✅ Handle, organize, and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products
✅ Perform quality checks on product weight, labeling, packaging, appearance, and consistency
✅ Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment
✅ Follow HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
✅ Wear required protective equipment and follow workplace safety procedures
Requirements
✅ Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, factory operations, or similar environments preferred
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
✅ Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and lift to 25kg when required
✅ Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
✅ Strong teamwork skills and positive work attitude
✅ Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Salary & Benefits
💰 Gross Hourly Salary: €12.69
💰 Gross Monthly Salary: Approx. €2,199
💰 Gross Annual Salary: €26,391
