Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare job advertisements and post vacancies on recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification.
- Support the offer process, including preparing offer letters and collecting pre-employment documentation.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and interview feedback.
