Job Summary
The HR Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR functions and ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This role involves managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, administering payroll and benefits, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies, and providing HR support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Generate HR reports and maintain documentation for audits.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes.
- Monitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle events.
- Assist in implementing and improving HR policies and operational processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or human resources.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
