Key Responsibilities
- Source freelance candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and project suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between freelancers and hiring managers or clients.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified freelance talent.
- Negotiate freelance rates, contracts, and project terms when required.
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of freelancers.

Required Qualifications
