Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the organization's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates while partnering with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and positive recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through databases, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference and background checks in accordance with company policies.
- Negotiate employment offers and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
- Promote the employer brand and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support onboarding activities and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interview methods.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and professional networking platforms.
- Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
