Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and well-groomed Female Sales Executive to join our luxury bridal retail team. The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional shopping experience by assisting brides in selecting premium bridal wear and accessories while delivering personalized styling advice and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Understand customer preferences, budgets, and bridal requirements.
- Recommend bridal gowns, lehengas, sarees, accessories, and other luxury products.
- Conduct personalized styling consultations and product demonstrations.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Handle billing, order processing, alterations coordination, and delivery follow-ups.
- Keep accurate customer records and follow up with prospective clients.
- Stay updated on bridal fashion trends, new collections, and product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure a premium customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in bridal, luxury fashion, jewelry, or premium apparel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Fluency in English and the local language is preferred.
