Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler (Revit – Interior Design) to develop and manage accurate 3D BIM models for interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed Revit models, coordinating with design and engineering teams, preparing drawings, and ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit (Interior Design).
- Prepare accurate 3D models, layouts, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Convert design concepts, sketches, and CAD drawings into detailed Revit models.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and project engineers.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and client requirements.
- Perform model updates based on design changes and project revisions.
- Prepare detailed interior drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
- Assist in BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
- Maintain BIM documentation, model standards, and file management procedures.
- Support project teams with technical drawings and visualization requirements.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality before submission.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide BIM-related support.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably in interior design or architectural projects.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Interior Design).
- Good knowledge of BIM workflows, modeling standards, and documentation processes.
- Experience in creating detailed interior models, furniture layouts, and material representations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
