JOB DESCRIPTION – STEEL REBAR FABRICATION COMPANY
1. Machine Operator
Position: Machine Operator – Steel Rebar Fabrication
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Salary: AED 1,300–1,400 per month
Visa: RAK Visa
Job Responsibilities
- Operate steel rebar fabrication and processing machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up and operate machines according to production requirements.
- Cut, bend, shape, and process steel reinforcement bars as required.
- Check machine settings and ensure proper operation.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required dimensions and quality standards.
- Load and unload steel materials safely with the support of the team.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Follow all company safety procedures and instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized working area.
- Report machine faults, breakdowns, or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Meet daily production targets and follow supervisor instructions.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating steel/rebar fabrication machines is preferred.
- Experience in a steel fabrication or construction environment will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of machine operation and workplace safety.
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory/industrial environment.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
2. Helper
Position: Steel Rebar Fabrication Helper
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Salary: AED 1,200 per month
Visa: RAK Visa
Job Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators and production workers in daily fabrication activities.
- Load, unload, move, and arrange steel rebar and other materials.
- Assist with cutting, bending, and handling of reinforcement bars.
- Feed materials into machines under the supervision of the operator.
- Sort and stack finished steel products properly.
- Keep the production area clean and organized.
- Assist with basic cleaning and maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a steel fabrication, construction, or factory environment is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials.
- Willing to work in an industrial environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day + Overtime
