Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Explain menu items, promotions, and recommendations to customers.
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
Handle customer requests and resolve service concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
Prepare and clear tables before and after customer service.
Follow restaurant hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
Assist with other restaurant duties as required

Requirements

Previous waiter or restaurant experience is preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
English & Hindi communication skills.
