Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to support property marketing, lead generation, digital campaigns, and sales and leasing activities for a real estate company in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing activities for residential and commercial properties.
- Manage property listings across major UAE real estate portals.
- Generate and manage leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Support social media marketing activities and maintain the company's online presence.
- Prepare and coordinate property marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular marketing reports.
- Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to support lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, campaigns, and property listings.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, designers, and other marketing vendors when required.
- Ensure property listings and promotional content are accurate and updated.
- Support sales and leasing teams with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in a UAE real estate company.
- Proven experience in property marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of UAE real estate portals and social media marketing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is preferred.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred.
Compensation
Salary: AED 7,000 – 8,000 per month
