Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training and development programs for resort employees.
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
- Design onboarding, service excellence, technical, and leadership training programs.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Work with department heads to identify employee development requirements.
- Promote a strong culture of continuous learning and service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Training, or related field.
- Previous experience in hospitality training and development.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and employee development.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Luxury hotel or resort experience is preferred.
