ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily assignments.
- Ensure guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet luxury standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance issues.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
- Support training and performance management of housekeeping colleagues.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Previous housekeeping supervisory/management experience.
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end residences preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good leadership and communication abilities.
