ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and a high standard of food and beverage service.
- Supervise and motivate restaurant colleagues.
- Manage table allocation, reservations, service flow, and guest requests.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, and restaurant presentation.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Support cost control, stock management, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.
- Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience.
- Luxury hospitality or resort experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
