Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function of a growing British-run business in Dubai. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and hands-on company formation experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily HR operations and support business growth.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law.
- Coordinate employee documentation and related administrative processes.
- Support company formation activities and associated requirements.
- Advise management on workforce planning and HR matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing an HR function.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law is essential.
- Hands-on company formation experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, organizational and employee relations skills.
- Ability to support a growing business in a hands-on role.
