Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic Senior HR Leader to oversee HR operations and workforce planning across catering and facility management operations. The role requires experience managing large, multicultural and blue-collar workforces across multiple sites and client contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy, workforce planning and organizational development.
- Oversee large-scale recruitment, manpower mobilization and talent management.
- Manage employee relations, performance management and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable employment regulations.
- Supervise compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR operations.
- Oversee HR service delivery across operational sites and client contracts.
- Partner with senior management to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership.
- Relevant catering and facility management industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience managing multicultural and blue-collar workforces; exposure to 2,000+ employees preferred.
- Experience overseeing HR across multiple sites and client contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- MBA, master’s degree or CIPD, SHRM or HRCI certification is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
